TractPin Terms of Service

Effective date: October 26, 2026

1. The service. TractPin is a Google Sheets add-on that looks up coordinates, counties, FIPS codes and census tracts for US addresses using the US Census Bureau Geocoder.
2. Free and paid plans. The free plan includes a monthly number of addresses shown in the add-on. Pro is sold through Gumroad as a subscription. You can cancel anytime through Gumroad, and Pro remains active until the end of the paid period.
3. Refunds. If Pro doesn't work for you, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
4. Third-party data. Results come from the US Census Bureau, a free public service we don't control. It may be unavailable at times, and it can't match every address (for example PO boxes, new construction or named buildings). This product uses the Census Bureau Data API but is not endorsed or certified by the Census Bureau.
5. No warranty. Results are provided "as is". Check results before relying on them for lending, compliance, legal, emergency or financial decisions.
6. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for TractPin in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Changes. We may update these terms or the add-on. We'll post changes here with a new effective date.
