SheetStats Terms of Service

Effective date: October 22, 2026

1. The service. SheetStats is a Google Sheets add-on that performs statistical analysis, Goal Seek and optimization (Solver) on data you select.
2. Free and paid plans. The free plan has the monthly limits shown in the add-on. Pro is sold through Gumroad as a subscription. You can cancel anytime through Gumroad, and Pro remains active until the end of the paid period.
3. Refunds. If Pro doesn't work for you, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
4. Your data. You keep all rights to your data. SheetStats only processes the spreadsheet you use it in, as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. No warranty. Results are provided "as is". We test calculations carefully, but you're responsible for checking results before relying on them for important decisions, grades, or financial or legal matters.
6. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for SheetStats in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Changes. We may update these terms or the add-on. We'll post changes here with a new effective date.
